Empowering young people through financial education in Ireland.
The Financial Awareness & Basic Money Skills Training took place as part of the project’s multiplier event, aiming to disseminate results, share educational materials, and raise awareness around financial literacy.
Participants explored savings, compound interest, inflation, investment risk, and smart credit and debt management, while improving everyday financial decision-making. The event also brought together educators, NGOs, and stakeholders to share best practices, encourage collaboration, and support the long-term sustainability of the project.
Interactive training sessions, surveys, quizzes, and digital content were used to assess knowledge before and after the training and promote wider adoption of the project outputs.
